SEGA and JAKKS Pacific have announced an exciting new toy line based on the DC x Sonic the Hedgehog crossover comic event, bringing together characters from the Sonic universe and DC’s Justice League in a bold, action-packed collection. Fans can look forward to seeing Sonic, Shadow, and Tails team up alongside Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman when the line debuts in Fall 2025.
The collection will feature articulated action figures, vehicles, and plush, with crossover-inspired designs that blend the energy and style of both franchises. JAKKS Pacific describes the line as “innovative, collectible, and incredibly fun for audiences of all ages.”
Kevin Feely, Vice President of Marketing at JAKKS Pacific, shared his excitement: “The fusion of Sonic’s speed and style with DC’s legendary Super Heroes allows us to create products that are truly special for both Sonic and DC fans.”
This toy line expands on JAKKS Pacific’s ongoing partnership with SEGA, which has already seen success with Sonic’s core merchandise. The release also celebrates the launch of DC x Sonic the Hedgehog, the five-issue comic series written by Ian Flynn with art by Adam Bryce Thomas. The story follows Sonic and the Justice League teaming up to stop Darkseid after he crosses dimensions to invade Sonic’s world.
The DC x Sonic the Hedgehog toy line will be available in stores and online starting Fall 2025.
