SEGA has revealed more details about its month-long Little Akihabara pop-up shop, which is now running from June 19 through July 19 at the Little Tokyo Mall in Downtown Los Angeles.
This marks the second year that SEGA has hosted a pop-up shop at Little Akihabara, bringing fans another chance to pick up SEGA merchandise, plushies, limited items, and more in person.
The shop will feature a curated selection of SEGA goods, including an exclusive limited-edition graphic tee that will change each week. These weekly tee drops will only be available in-store and will be sold while supplies last.
Fans will also be able to find a Japan-exclusive plush import collection featuring Cororos and Labbies plushies. These items were produced for the Japanese market and are rarely available in the United States, making them one of the more notable additions to this year’s pop-up lineup.
SEGA is also working with the Little Tokyo Community Council and three local Little Tokyo businesses on themed menu items inspired by some of the company’s iconic franchises. Mr. Ramen will offer the “Leblanc Curry Combo,” a curry and coffee combo inspired by Persona. Yoboseyo! Superette will serve the “Blue Blur Lemonade,” a Sonic-themed blue lemonade. Midori Matcha will offer “Amy’s Rose Swirl,” a matcha and rose swirl soft serve inspired by Amy Rose.
Visitors can also take part in a SEGA punch card campaign. Fans can pick up a punch card, visit all three partner businesses, and collect stamps to complete each zone. Once all three zones are cleared, customers can bring the completed card back to the SEGA pop-up shop to redeem a free exclusive mini tote bag.
