Sonic the Hedgehog x Dr. Squatch Sonic Speed Collection Launches for 35th Anniversary

Dr. Squatch has officially launched its Sonic the Hedgehog collaboration, bringing the Blue Blur into a new limited edition personal care collection for Sonic’s 35th anniversary.

The new Sonic Speed lineup includes Sonic Speed Bar Soap, Sonic Speed Deodorant, and the Sonic Speed Super Pack. The release follows Dr. Squatch’s earlier teaser email, which hinted at a Sonic collaboration with the message “Fast. Fresh. Almost Here.”

The Sonic Speed Super Pack is currently priced at $35.15, down from $37.00, and includes three Sonic Speed soaps and one Sonic Speed deodorant. The bundle is marketed around “energizing freshness,” with scent notes of citrus, lavender, and earthy woods.

According to Dr. Squatch, the Sonic Speed scent is described as “Blue Blur Blast.” The full scent profile includes bright notes of bergamot, mandarin, and lavender, grounded by violet leaf, vetiver, and amber. The soap also features Emerald Extract and a light grit.

The Sonic Speed Deodorant is aluminum free and features arrowroot, charcoal, and postbiotics. Promotional materials list it as offering 72-hour odor protection, with the same Sonic-themed scent branding used across the collection.

Dr. Squatch is also offering a Sonic Speed 3-Pack for fans who only want the soap. However, the individual soaps are listed as available to subscribers only, meaning customers need to add them to an existing subscription for future shipments.

The collaboration continues Sonic’s growing 35th anniversary lineup, which has already included games, merchandise, music, events, food and drink promotions, apparel, collectibles, and several limited-time brand partnerships.
