Tomoya Ohtani and Jun Senoue are bringing SONIC MUSIC EXPERIENCE back to Osaka! SEGA has announced another live concert celebrating the music of Sonic the Hedgehog, scheduled for December 4, 2026, at Banana Hall, with ticket lottery applications opening on October 16.
The show brings together two familiar sides of Sonic’s musical history, pairing Ohtani’s DJ performances with live instrumental arrangements from Senoue’s three-piece band, Sonic Adventure Music Experience.
Ohtani will perform a special DJ set following the December 2 release of his latest mix album, Sonic The Hedgehog DJ Style “MOSAIC”. The 29-track collection brings together music from throughout the series, including newly arranged material and mashups previously exclusive to SONIC MUSIC EXPERIENCE performances.
As Sonic City previously reported, the album includes “Doom Zone × Undefeatable” and “I’m with you × Dreams Of An Absolution,” alongside a new remix of “Space Trip Steps” from Sonic Adventure 2. The Osaka concert takes place just two days after the album’s release.
Jun Senoue will meanwhile return with Sonic Adventure Music Experience, performing instrumental music from the Sonic Adventure games, Sonic X Shadow Generations and other entries in the series. The trio has been performing Sonic arrangements since 2016, making this year its tenth anniversary.
The combination has become a regular part of SONIC MUSIC EXPERIENCE, with the two acts previously appearing together in Tokyo and Osaka. Last November’s Osaka concert took place at Live House ANIMA, while the series most recently returned to Tokyo’s Shibuya Stream Hall in March 2026.
This year’s Osaka performance moves to Banana Hall, located at 1-21 Doyamacho, Kita-ku, Osaka, in the basement of the Monte Building. Doors open at 6:00 PM JST, with the concert beginning at 7:00 PM JST.
Tickets cost ¥7,500 including tax, with an additional ¥600 drink charge. The venue will operate on an all-standing basis.
Fans can apply for tickets through an advance lottery on ePlus, running from October 16 at 7:00 PM JST through November 1 at 11:59 PM JST. General ticket sales are scheduled to begin on November 13 at 7:00 PM JST.
The concert is organized by SEGA Music, with cooperation from SEGA. Further event information and ticket details are available through SEGA’s official announcement.
With MOSAIC arriving just days before the show, Osaka fans will have another opportunity to experience Sonic’s music through both Ohtani’s DJ mixes and Senoue’s live band.
