The collaboration will have two limited-edition Sonic Club Card designs, while the food and drink menu comes with 12 different mystery character coasters. There will also be two Collector’s Edition drink cup designs and two exclusive playmat designs.

The campaign’s character sticker features Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy and Shadow, while the previously announced stationery set is now confirmed to contain five pieces: a notebook, pen, sticker, correction pen and ruler.

The acrylic keychains, limited-edition blanket and Round1-exclusive Sonic crane prizes announced previously remain part of the campaign.

The arcade side of the campaign includes an exclusive Sonic game card, a keychain giveaway, stationery sets, a blanket and a lineup of special crane prizes. Round1 notes that crane-prize availability may vary between locations depending on shipping schedules.

Food and drink purchases will have their own bonuses. The collaboration menu comes with a random mystery coaster, with one sealed coaster provided for each qualifying menu item. A collector’s cup includes unlimited soda on the day of purchase, while customers spending $30 or more before tax on food or drinks can receive a promotional sticker.

An exclusive playmat will also be available with qualifying food or drink purchases.

The campaign also extends beyond the arcade floor. Bowling customers can receive a sticker with the purchase of a 90-minute, 120-minute or unlimited package, while karaoke customers qualify with a 120-minute or longer package. All guests included in a qualifying karaoke package are eligible.

Party and Spo-Cha customers can receive the exclusive playmat as well. Party dates must fall within the collaboration period listed by Round1 as October 21, 2026 through March 31, 2027, while Spo-Cha customers qualify by purchasing any Spo-Cha package.

Round1 divides the rollout into two waves, beginning October 21 and December 2. Individual prizes and promotions may sell out, and some offers cannot be combined with other campaign redemptions.

Original Story

Sonic the Hedgehog is heading to Round1 USA for a new collaboration.

Round1 announced the crossover on September 25, teasing Sonic’s arrival with a short message on its official social account:

Round1 says more details are “right around the corner,” but has not yet announced when the collaboration starts or which locations will take part.

Its official U.S. collaboration page currently has no Sonic campaign listing, so merchandise, food and drinks, Club Cards, crane prizes and other activities have not been confirmed.

Round1’s U.S. collaborations regularly include combinations of exclusive merchandise, arcade items, special game cards, food and drinks, crane prizes and location-specific bonuses, but there is no word yet on which of those, if any, Sonic will receive. Recent campaigns for properties including Godzilla, hololive and Fist of the North Star use different mixes of those features.

Sonic is already in the middle of a separate ROUND1 collaboration in Japan. As Sonic City previously covered, that campaign runs through October 12 and includes themed food and drinks, bowling and karaoke activities, crane prizes, character goods and other promotions.

Round1 USA has not announced whether any of the Japanese campaign’s features will carry over to the U.S. version.

More details on the Sonic x Round1 USA collaboration are expected soon.
