Overview[edit]

SEGA announced Forever Fast on 5 June 2026, describing it as a collection of vocal themes from throughout the franchise’s 3D era. The first disc places music from different releases alongside one another rather than following a strictly chronological order, bringing together songs associated with Sonic, Shadow and other major entries in the series. Its closing selections include “Open Your Heart”, “One Way Dream” and “Speak With Your Heart”.[3]Sonic 35th anniversary album announced for June 24. The recording credits also name Senoue and Takahiro Kai as arrangers. The song was promoted with an official music video during the June 2026 birthday celebrations.[4]Sonic 35th anniversary song Onsoku wo Koete released.
