An unannounced Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds Year One Edition has appeared on Amazon UK, pointing to a new physical version of SEGA’s crossover racer arriving later this year.

The PlayStation 5 product page lists the game for £54.99 with a November 3, 2026 release date and is currently accepting preorders. The listing uses the ASIN B0HJ6HMDL3, but there is no box art yet and the product description simply reads “TBC.” SEGA has not announced a Year One Edition.

The big question is what the Year One Edition actually contains. Its name makes some form of first-year content bundle an obvious possibility, but Amazon does not list any included DLC, bonuses or other extras. There is currently nothing confirming that the full Season Pass is included, so that should remain firmly in speculation territory for now.

There would be a fairly straightforward place for such a release in the existing lineup. Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds launched with a Digital Deluxe Edition that included the Season Pass, while physical copies have so far been Standard Editions. A Year One Edition could give physical buyers another option after the first season of DLC has wrapped up, although Amazon currently lists only a PS5 version.

The timing lands just after CrossWorlds’ first anniversary on September 25. SEGA has spent the game’s first year adding paid crossover packs alongside a separate run of free racers, with Amigo recently becoming the 12th and final free character of Year One. Year Two is already on the way, with another round of crossover DLC that includes Godzilla and Evangelion.

For now, the Amazon page is evidence of a retailer-listed product rather than an official announcement. The November 3 date and £54.99 price are attached to a specific Amazon product page, but the contents of the Year One Edition remain a mystery until SEGA reveals more.
