Sonic Rumble Party Season 8 is now underway, bringing a new Armored Warriors theme, Season Pass rewards, stages, shop additions, Skin Fragment challenges, and gameplay adjustments.
The season runs from July 24 at 8:00 AM UTC through August 26 at 3:59 AM UTC.
Players can earn XP through battles to progress through the Season 8 Pass and unlock rewards including Skins, Buddies, Tune-Up Wrenches, Score Badges, and more.
The free Season Pass includes the Pixel Rouge Skin and Pecky Buddy, while the paid Premium Pass features Holy Warrior Blaze and the Knight Sonic Chao Buddy.
Rumble Rankings also return, challenging players to record their best scores and climb through the available leagues. Skill Stars and Red Star Rings can be earned by improving rankings and completing missions.
Each weekly Rumble Rankings period will run from Tuesday at 8:00 AM UTC through Monday at 8:00 AM UTC.
Season 8 also introduces a new Season Stamp Card. Players can earn stamps by collecting designated Skins, with rewards including Score Badges, a special name display feature, and the Legendary Skill: Super Baseball Slide.
Crew Score Missions and Clash of the Crews will continue throughout the season, allowing players to work together for Skill Stars, Tune-Up Wrenches, and other rewards. These activities and Rumble Rankings will not be held during season changeover weeks.

The Red Star Ring Shop has also received several additions for Season 8.
New seasonal items include the Gemerl Skin, Trident Missile Skill, Cursed Samurai Infinite Skin, and Egg Emperor Buddy.
Armored Metal Sonic has also joined the shop as a new permanent Skin.
Several previously released items are returning as permanent additions, including the Masquerade Shadow Chao Buddy. The Season 3 Pack is also returning with items such as the Masquerade Silver Skin and Masquerade Chao Buddy.
Content from the earlier Sonic Prime event has also returned at reduced prices, including Rusty Rose, New Yoke Big, and Dr. Deep.
A new Renegade Knuckles Skin Pack has also been introduced, containing the Renegade Knuckles Skin, New Yoke City Froggy Buddy, and other items.
New seasonal Skin Fragments can be collected for Dragon Hunter Shadow, Chronos Silver, Iron Knight Charmy, and Crystal Wave.
Players who obtain all four Fragment Skins during the season will unlock AI Racer Knuckles as the completion reward.
Skin Fragments can be earned through Season Pass level rewards, Squad and Co-op Battles, Special Rumble rewards, the Daily Claw Machine, Toy Capsules, and other activities.
Two additional Stage Challenges have also been introduced for Chemical Plant Run 3 and Seaside Hill Run 3.
Season 8 makes balance adjustments to several skills. Energy Ball, Triple Blast, Psychic Knife, Vector Breath, and Moon Mech Attack have all received increased projectile speeds.
Cross Slash has been weakened, with its initial cooldown increased and the number of Rings earned from opponents reduced.
SEGA has also increased the maximum number of friends players can add.
Sonic Rumble Party is available as a free-to-play title for iOS, Android, Steam, and Google Play Games, with cross-play supported between mobile devices and PC.
