Sonic Rumble Party is getting ready to celebrate its first birthday, and SEGA has plenty of new content lined up! Season 11 officially kicks off today, October 23, bringing Kit the Fennec into the game alongside new wizard-themed skins, returning rewards and a fresh trailer ahead of the game’s first anniversary on November 5.

The new season runs until November 20, with Kit making his debut as a new character skin. Fans will be able to unlock him for free as the final reward of a Community Challenge, which also begins today.

The update introduces two new skills, Hydro Spear and Hydro Rush, alongside the new Kit skin.

There’s a little magic in the air this season too, with a wizard theme bringing new costumes and companions to the toy battlefield. SEGA has highlighted Wizard Sonic and Grand Sorcerer Chao among the additions, while the Red Star Ring Shop welcomes Warlock Infinite and a new Merlina Buddy.

The shop is also bringing back several rewards from previous seasons. Space Ranger Sonic and Instructor King Koco return from Season 6, alongside the Season 6 Pack containing Space Ranger Tails and Space Ranger Chao. Infinite’s original skin is also returning in a separate pack featuring the Infinite Power and Phantom Dash skills.

Players who missed out on previous Skin Fragments will have another chance to collect them through Toy Capsules and shops, with Neon Suit Shadow, Pirate Sonic, Popstar Amy and Metal Sonic 3.0 among this season’s returning selections.

There are new Skin Fragment Challenges to complete as well, with an AI Racer skin offered as the season’s completion reward. The update also introduces the Green Hill Hunt and City Escape Ring Battle Stage Challenges, adds new stages and increases the game’s Friend limit.

As usual, the Season Pass will reward players with skins, Buddies, Tune-Up Wrenches and other items as they earn XP, while Rumble Rankings and Crew activities offer more ways to collect Skill Stars and Red Star Rings.

SEGA’s new English-language trailer introduces Season 11 and the upcoming first-anniversary celebration.

Of course, the celebrations won’t stop with today’s update. Sonic Rumble Party officially turns one year old on November 5, marking a full year since its worldwide launch in 2025.

To mark the occasion, SEGA has revealed a new main visual featuring characters from across the Sonic series, alongside a commemorative promotional trailer. More anniversary activities are also planned for November 5, including special missions with in-game rewards, limited-edition skins and discounts on selected items.

The Japanese commemorative promotional trailer released alongside SEGA’s anniversary announcement.

Sonic Rumble Party Season 11 is available now on iOS, Android and PC through Steam and Google Play Games. Players can jump into the new content through the official game website, with more anniversary celebrations arriving on November 5.
