At a giant supermarket in a certain suburb,
there appeared Eggman, who had unusually come out to do the shopping himself, along with Sage accompanying him.
Filling the cart with the things they wanted,
the two were enjoying their shopping, but…
“Abnormal high-calorie readings. Approval denied.”
“What did you say!?”
It looks like a gentle little commotion is about to begin.

This time’s SONIC PICT features Eggman and Sage out shopping at a supermarket.
Going out to a big store for one of those several-times-a-month “shopping runs” really gets you excited, doesn’t it?
It’s unusual to see Eggman, who’s always lounging around grandly at his base, actually heading out to shop himself.
Was there something he especially wanted to buy? But it seems Sage is making a rather dubious face at his overly free-spirited choices…….?
It feels like an illustration that lets us peek in on a scene of “a daughter hardening her heart for the sake of her father’s health,” and somehow it leaves us feeling all warm and fuzzy too.
Shopping with someone important to you. These are the kinds of moments we’d like to treasure and enjoy as well.
