Sonic the Hedgehog has returned to Asphalt Legends for a new 35th anniversary spotlight event.
The Sonic x Asphalt Legends event is now live and will run from June 18 through July 21, 2026, giving players another chance to unlock Sonic-themed rewards, take on special challenges, and race through unique tracks tied to the collaboration.
This rerun brings back themed car decals inspired by Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Dr. Eggman, Shadow, and Chao. A new Amy Rose decal has also joined the lineup, giving players a fresh Sonic-themed design to unlock for the Lykan Hypersport Neon Edition.
The event is part of Sonic’s wider 35th anniversary celebration, which has already included new game events, merchandise, music releases, collaborations, and limited-time promotions across several titles.
Players can also try the special code SHADOWISBACK during the event. The code is said to reward 5,000 Tokens, 5 blueprints for the Lykan Hypersport Neon Edition, and a Sonic emote.
With returning decals, a new Amy design, and anniversary rewards available for a limited time, Sonic fans have another reason to jump back into Asphalt Legends before the event ends on July 21.
