Two new LEGO Sonic the Hedgehog sets have been revealed for summer 2026, continuing the theme’s latest wave following the Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds sets released earlier this year.
The new sets are scheduled to launch on August 1, 2026, with both focusing on fan-favorite Sonic characters and vehicles. The wave includes 77119 Tails’ Tornado-1 and 77120 Shadow’s Mech vs. G.U.N. Trooper.
77119 Tails’ Tornado-1 includes 310 pieces and is priced at £24.99, $29.99, and €29.99. The set includes Tails and an Egg Chaser Badnik, with the build taking inspiration from Sonic Unleashed. While the set references that era of the series, (Werehog minifigure not included!).

The second set, 77120 Shadow’s Mech vs. G.U.N. Trooper, includes 374 pieces and is priced at £44.99, $49.99, and €49.99. The set includes Shadow and a G.U.N. Trooper, along with a mech build that appears to combine several familiar Shadow-related elements, including a motorcycle and the Doom Wing.

These two additions continue LEGO Sonic the Hedgehog’s growing lineup, which has expanded across playsets, character-focused builds, and vehicle-based releases since the theme launched. With Tails and Shadow both receiving new sets in this wave, the August lineup gives fans another pair of display and play options centered on two of the franchise’s most recognizable characters.
