The latest preview for DC x Sonic the Hedgehog Issue #3 has arrived, and it’s already delivering some incredible cross-universe moments. The big standout? Silver the Hedgehog wielding a Green Lantern ring and charging headfirst into battle with Sinestro.
The four-page preview, revealed ahead of the May 21 release, shows Sonic and friends split across the DC Universe, teaming up with Justice League members to fight their villains. While the first two issues focused more on introductions and pair-ups, it looks like this month’s story will finally bring the action. And that means fights—big ones.
Silver vs. Sinestro is a particularly bold choice. DC fans know Sinestro as one of the Green Lantern Corps’ most dangerous enemies, and pairing him against Silver suggests the Sonic crew won’t just be squaring off with second-stringers. This opens the door to even more high-profile matchups: could we see Sonic take on Reverse Flash? Or Shadow go toe-to-toe with the Joker?
The issue promises fast-paced brawls, unexpected team-ups, and plenty of power ring-powered spectacle. With just two issues left in the mini-series, we’re likely heading toward a big showdown as the Emerald-powered threat looms larger.
