Fans of Sonic the Hedgehog’s LEGO line have something exciting to look forward to this summer. Thanks to JB Spielwaren, images have surfaced showcasing two upcoming LEGO Sonic sets, both scheduled for release on August 1. These new builds continue to expand the blue blur’s brick-based adventures, adding more characters and references from across the franchise, including nods to the Sonic Prime animated series on Netflix.
The two revealed sets are:
77005 Knuckles vs. Dr. Eggman Egg Crusher Mech

This set puts Knuckles face-to-face with Dr. Eggman in his latest towering mech creation. The Egg Crusher Mech is designed with play features and plenty of articulation, offering fans a fun showdown between the Echidna and his longtime nemesis.
77006 Team Sonic Command Truck

- Includes minifigures of Sonic, Tails, Metal Sonic, Burrobot, and Caterkiller
The Team Sonic Command Truck is a larger build packed with details and characters. Featuring a mobile base for Sonic and friends, it also brings classic Badniks and Metal Sonic into the fray, combining influences from classic games and newer media like Sonic Prime.
Both sets promise a blend of nostalgia and fresh design, appealing to collectors and younger fans alike.
