New commemorative artwork has been released for June 2026, this time celebrating Sonic Adventure 2’s 25th anniversary.

The illustration features Sonic from Sonic Adventure 2, highlighting one of the game’s memorable upgrade items: the Flame Ring. With its power, Sonic is shown unleashing the Fire Somersault, a fiery version of his close-range attack from the game. The artwork also depicts Sonic striking the same pose seen in his artwork from the Sonic Battle box art.

The artwork puts the spotlight on Sonic surrounded by flames, capturing the cool energy and fast-paced action that helped make Sonic Adventure 2 one of the most iconic entries in the series.

With Sonic Adventure 2 now celebrating its 25th anniversary, the new artwork gives fans another reason to look back at one of Sonic’s most beloved Dreamcast-era adventures.
