SEGA has officially released the free Angry Birds Content Drop for Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds, bringing a new crossover update to the game.
Players can now race as Red, who joins the roster as a playable character. The update also includes Red’s signature vehicle, the Super Roaster, along with special emotes and sounds.
Three new music tracks from the Angry Birds series have also been added to the in-game Jukebox:
- “Go! Theme”
- “Go! Theme (Final Lap)”
- “Angry Birds Theme”
The content is available for free to all players who own either the Standard or Digital Deluxe editions of the game. Players simply need to update to the latest version to access the new content.

To celebrate the release, SEGA is also hosting a limited-time in-game event, the Angry Birds Festival. Beginning April 16 at 5:00 PM PT and running through April 19 at 4:59 PM PT, the event allows players to earn Festival Points through gameplay to unlock decals, gadgets, and other rewards.

The update continues Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds’ steady stream of crossover content, following recent additions like the Mega Man Pack and other collaborations, further expanding the game’s roster and customization options.
