SEGA x FREAK’S STORE 65th Anniversary Collection Launches November 5 Featuring Sonic, Yakuza, and More

Japanese select shop FREAK’S STORE is teaming up with SEGA to celebrate the company’s 65th anniversary with a large-scale collaboration launching on November 5, 2025. The lineup blends the charm of SEGA’s most iconic franchises with modern streetwear design, featuring apparel and accessories inspired by Sonic the Hedgehog, Yakuza, Puyo Puyo, SEGA Saturn, NiGHTS, Crazy Taxi, and OutRun.

The collaboration introduces 26 exclusive items, including T-shirts, sweatshirts, caps, drawstring bags, keychains, and a loungewear set. Fans can also look forward to a glow-in-the-dark Sonic sofubi figure, available exclusively online and at select FREAK’S STORE locations. Each piece celebrates SEGA’s legendary history while reimagining its timeless icons for a new generation of fashion-conscious fans.

In a nod to SEGA’s origins, FREAK’S STORE has revived the company’s first-ever logo, used exclusively for this collection. Every item in the lineup features this retro emblem, making the series a must-have for collectors and nostalgic gamers alike.

All items will be available starting November 5 (Wednesday) at FREAK’S STORE locations nationwide and on the Daytona Park online store (daytona-park.com) from 12:00 PM JST. Availability may vary by store.

To celebrate the launch, FREAK’S STORE will host multiple anniversary events, including a Sonic x Daytona Park original mini-game, where players can win prizes such as the exclusive Sonic sofubi figure and Daytona Park gift coupons worth ¥20,000. The campaign runs from November 5 to November 20, with entries open to registered Daytona Park members.

A social media giveaway will also offer 15 lucky winners special collaboration bundles featuring SEGA games and FREAK’S STORE items.
