The Babylon Rogues are finally getting the band back together. Or the gang of treasure-hunting Extreme Gear thieves, at least.
Jakks Pacific is adding Storm the Albatross and Wave the Swallow to its Sonic the Hedgehog 4-inch figure line, meaning collectors will soon be able to display the complete Babylon Rogues alongside the already released Jet the Hawk.
The upcoming figures were revealed through listings on EB Games Canada, giving us an early look at the next two waves of Jakks Pacific’s long-running Sonic collection.

Storm will make his Jakks debut as part of Wave 25.
The hulking Albatross comes with his own Extreme Gear accessory, letting collectors pose him alongside Jet just as the pair appears throughout the Sonic Riders series.

Then comes Wave the Swallow in Wave 26.
Yes, Wave is joining Wave 26. Sometimes these things just work out.
Like Storm, Wave will include her own Extreme Gear, completing the trio and opening up plenty of display possibilities for anyone who already has Jet sitting on their shelf waiting for his teammates to finally arrive.

The releases are particularly notable because neither Wave nor Storm has received many action figures over the years.
Both characters previously appeared in Jazwares’ Sonic Free Riders figure range during the early 2010s, where they were similarly paired with their Extreme Gear. Those releases have since become increasingly difficult to find, making Jakks Pacific’s new versions the first fresh opportunity in well over a decade for many collectors to add the pair to their shelves.
Jet, meanwhile, joined Jakks Pacific’s 4-inch line earlier and has also received a recent rerelease, giving anyone who missed him the first time another chance to assemble the complete team.

Together, Jet, Wave, and Storm form the Babylon Rogues, the rival Extreme Gear team introduced in Sonic Riders. Jet serves as the group’s leader, Wave as its mechanic and technical expert, and Storm as its powerhouse.
Their return to the toy aisle feels particularly fitting in 2026, which marks 20 years since the original Sonic Riders debuted.
Jakks Pacific has steadily expanded its Sonic line far beyond the usual Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and Shadow releases in recent years, bringing increasingly deep-cut characters into the collection. Completing the Babylon Rogues is another major step for fans who have been waiting to build out more of Sonic’s wider cast.
Specific release dates and wider retailer availability for Wave 26 have not yet been announced, so collectors will want to keep an eye on stores as the new waves begin appearing.
And given how quickly some of Jakks Pacific’s less common Sonic characters tend to disappear from shelves, you may not want to wait too long once you spot them.
They are the Babylon Rogues, after all. Racing off with valuable things is kind of their specialty.
