Sonic Rumble Party is getting another crossover event, and this time Popeye is sailing into the Rumble.
SEGA has announced that the Popeye Crossover Event will begin on May 20, 2026 and run until June 10 at 8:00 AM UTC. During the event, players will be able to unlock new themed items by playing Sonic Rumble Party.
The event will feature a Premium Pass and Free Pass, each offering different crossover rewards. The Premium Pass includes the new Popeye skin, his Spinach-Powered Punches Skill, and the Sailor Chao buddy.
The Free Pass will allow players to unlock the Olive skin and the Canned Spinach buddy, giving all players a way to earn Popeye-themed content during the event period.
A new Bluto Bundle will also be available in the shop, adding another character from the Popeye series to the crossover lineup.
The event follows Sonic Rumble Party’s continued run of limited-time collaborations, bringing another classic character into the multiplayer party game’s fast-paced stages. With Popeye, Olive, Bluto, Sailor Chao, and Canned Spinach all part of the event, players will have several new items to collect before the crossover ends in June.
