A new episode of Sonic Presents: The Chaotix Casefiles is now available, continuing the mystery surrounding the Red Specter and pushing the investigation toward its dramatic conclusion.

Episode 7, titled “The Case of the Red Specter – Part 1,” follows the Chaotix as the case reaches a critical turning point. Vector the Crocodile and Sonic the Hedgehog remain trapped while the rest of the team works together to rescue them and uncover the truth behind the mysterious thief.

Vector believes he has finally identified the culprit, but with danger closing in and the stakes rising, the team must act quickly. The episode also raises a new question for the investigators. Is Doctor Eggman the only obstacle standing in their way, or is there more to the mystery than it first appeared?

The episode marks the beginning of a two-part finale, setting the stage for the case’s final resolution in the next installment.

The returning voice cast includes:

  • Keith Silverstein as Vector the Crocodile
  • Roger Craig Smith as Sonic the Hedgehog
  • Mike Pollock as Dr. Eggman
  • Colleen O’Shaughnessey as Charmy Bee and Miles ‘Tails’ Prower
  • Matthew Mercer as Espio the Chameleon

Additional appearances include Sage, Whisper the Wolf, Tangle the Lemur, and Infinite, with voice performances by Ryan Bartley, Anairis Quiñones, Ashlyn Madden, and Alejandro Saab.

Episode 7 was written by Dan Jolley and directed by Ian Jones-Quartey, with executive production from Takashi Iizuka and Ryan Hamlyn for SEGA.

Music for the series includes a theme composed by Rebecca Sugar, Charlie Rosen, and SEGA, alongside an original score by Charlie Rosen incorporating familiar Sonic musical themes. The production also features sound design contributions supported by members of the SEGA Sound Team, including Jun Senoue and Tomoya Ohtani.
