The latest chapter of SEGA’s audio adventure series has arrived!

Episode 5 of Sonic Presents: The Chaotix Casefiles is now available, placing the Chaotix in a new crisis after the Chaotix Copter crash-lands in a mysterious meadow. Stranded and under pressure, Vector the Crocodile, Espio the Chameleon, and Charmy Bee must regroup and decide their next move while tensions rise within the team.

Just as the situation begins to unravel, a mysterious light approaches at high speed. The unexpected arrival is Gemerl, adding a new layer to the unfolding mystery.

Episode 5 continues the series’ character-driven narrative, blending humor, friction, and escalating stakes. In addition to the Chaotix trio, the cast includes Sonic the Hedgehog, Doctor Eggman, and returning appearances from Cream and Vanilla, expanding the emotional depth of the storyline.

Voice cast for Episode 5 includes:

  • Mike Pollock as Dr. Eggman
  • Keith Silverstein as Vector
  • Matthew Mercer as Espio
  • Colleen O’Shaughnessey as Charmy
  • Roger Craig Smith as Sonic
  • Alejandro Saab as Gemerl
  • Michelle Ruff as Cream
  • Jenny Yokobori as Vanilla

The episode is written by Dan Jolley and directed by Ian Jones-Quartey, with executive production support from Takashi Iizuka and the SEGA team. Musical contributions from Jun Senoue, Tomoya Ohtani, and the SEGA Sound Team continue to tie the project closely to the franchise’s established sound.

Recorded at Studiopolis in Burbank under a SAG-AFTRA agreement, The Chaotix Casefiles continues to expand Sonic’s transmedia footprint through serialized audio storytelling.
