Los Angeles residents may have noticed something unusual rolling around their sidewalks this week. Social media users have shared clips of robotic delivery carts wrapped in Sonic Racing CrossWorlds advertisements, creating a unique and eye-catching promotion for SEGA’s upcoming title.

One viral video, posted on TikTok by user @jordandecloedt, shows a robot named “Benita” carrying a delivery while sporting a bright CrossWorlds wrap.

This quirky stunt follows SEGA of America’s recent retro-style car dealership commercial promoting the game, continuing their tradition of playful and unexpected marketing for the Sonic franchise.

With Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds launching on September 25, 2025, fans are left wondering what other surprises SEGA has in store before release day. Whether it’s delivery robots, viral videos, or something entirely new, one thing is certain: the road to launch is proving just as entertaining as the race itself.

That was located at the Wiltern Theater on Wilshire Blvd & Western Ave. in L.A.’s Koreatown neighborhood. Least it’s one way to market Sonic’s upcoming racing game.
