Sonic Channel has released its February 2026 commemorative illustration, spotlighting Jet the Hawk, the self-proclaimed Legendary Wind Master and leader of the Babylon Rogues.
The artwork arrives as Sonic Riders celebrates its 20th anniversary this week. Originally released in 2006, Sonic Riders introduced fans to Jet and his crew, the Babylon Rogues, who challenged Sonic and friends in a high-speed Extreme Gear showdown. Rather than traditional foot races, competitors rode specialized hoverboards known as Extreme Gear, battling across dynamic tracks while chasing Chaos Emeralds and uncovering the secrets of the ancient Babylonians and their legendary treasure.
Jet was positioned as Sonic’s aerial rival, obsessed with proving himself the true fastest. Alongside Wave the Swallow and Storm the Albatross, the Rogues injected a sharp competitive energy into the franchise, blending attitude, style, and technical skill into Sonic’s first full-scale hoverboard racing experience.
