SEGA and Higround are teaming up once again for a new collaboration that celebrates both the legacy of Sonic the Hedgehog and the Dreamcast era. The collection arrives on December 12th and expands Higround’s lineup with new form factors, upgraded internals and fresh Sonic inspired art styles.

This marks the second time Higround has partnered with SEGA, following the success of their earlier collaboration. According to creative director Rustin Sotoodeh, the strong response to the first drop made a follow up inevitable. The new lineup introduces a wider range of keyboard layouts, including the Summit, 75% and 96% models, along with the debut of Hall Effect technology.

The star of the drop is the Summit 65+, a premium keyboard built with CNC aluminum construction and a polished stainless steel back plate. Finished in a Dreamcast inspired design, it uses the new Dampening Plus system to offer a stable and quiet typing feel.

For players who enjoy Sonic’s signature sense of speed, the Basecamp 65HE captures that energy with Hall Effect switches and Radical Highway inspired artwork. This model delivers precise performance that competitive players will appreciate.

Classic Sonic fans will likely gravitate toward the Basecamp 96+, which delivers full functionality within a compact layout. It uses Dampening Plus internals and TTC Neptune switches to create a satisfying sound profile for both gaming and productivity.

Higround is also offering two designs for the Basecamp 75+ model, one themed around Escape from the City and the other inspired by Sonic CD. Both feature Dampening Plus construction and TTC Neptune switches, making them ideal for fans seeking performance without giving up style.

The complete collection includes keyboards, a matching Sonic CD-themed keycap set and four XL Control Mousepads that bring the entire setup together.

The SEGA x Higround drop goes live on December 12th at 12PM Pacific time exclusively on higround.co. Select designs will also be available at Best Buy and Micro Center.
