SEGA continues to build momentum toward the release of Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds, this time showcasing a brand-new track called Blizzard Valley. The reveal came last Friday through the game’s official social media channels, accompanied by a short teaser video.
The clip features Storm the Albatross as he struggles to drift through the icy conditions, battling fierce winds and treacherous frozen roads. Massive underground drills and scattered construction equipment dominate the stage, with Storm even making a nod to a classic Sonic Riders level in his commentary.
“A snowy mountain stage where Dr. Eggman is mining for resources,” reads SEGA’s description. “Watch out! Frozen roads and blizzards may make it tough to control your vehicle!”
Blizzard Valley now joins the growing roster of stages confirmed for the game, promising players another challenging and visually striking course when Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds launches later this month. With Eggman’s machinery, hazardous weather, and slick terrain, the track looks set to test both speed and control.
