With 42% of the market share and 483,921 admissions, Harbin has amassed an impressive $23.9 million to date.

Securing second place, the action-drama The Firefighters brought in $850,366, capturing 11.1% of the market and pushing its total earnings to $22.9 million. The film attracted 129,252 viewers over the weekend, maintaining its strong box office presence.

New thriller Bogota: City of the Lost debuted in third place, earning $672,000 over the weekend with an 8.8% market share and 102,979 admissions. Its cumulative total of $2 million marks a promising start for the film.

Sonic the Hedgehog 3 continued its international success, claiming fourth place with $563,000 in weekend earnings. The film accounted for 7.4% of the market share and drew 89,893 admissions, bringing its cumulative South Korean gross to $1.2 million. This strong performance underscores the Blue Blur’s global appeal, even in the competitive South Korean market.

Rounding out the top five, the Korean animation Pororo the Movie: Great Adventure Under the Sea earned $487,680, capturing 6.4% of the market with 83,655 admissions. Its cumulative gross now stands at $1.1 million.

Additional box office highlights include:

  • Mufasa: The Lion King slipped to sixth place, maintaining a cumulative total of $5.1 million.
  • Crayon Shin-chan: Ora’s Dinosaur Diary ranked seventh, with a total of $4.1 million.
  • Disney’s Moana 2 placed eighth, boasting a robust $21.7 million total gross.
  • Wicked dropped to ninth, accumulating $14.2 million overall.
  • Alex Garland’s Civil War debuted in 10th place with $571,300.
