According to a now-deleted post from ComicBook.com, Sonic Origins Plus which was rated for release in Korea last month, is said to offer a ton of exciting content that will take the game to the next level.
For just $9.99 USD, you can get a digital upgrade if you already own Sonic Origins. But if you want the full package, you can opt for the $39.99 USD bundle, available in both physical and digital formats. And apparently, it’s set to drop on Sonic’s birthday, June 23rd, 2023.
So what’s included in this update? You’ll get the main game, plus 12 Game Gear games that have been emulated and are fully playable in the museum. But that’s not all! You’ll also be able to play as Classic Amy in Sonic the Hedgehog 1, 2, 3, and Sonic CD, as well as Knuckles in Sonic CD. And for those who already own Sonic Origins DLC, you’ll receive all previously released content.
The physical version of the bundle includes a 20-page artbook that’s exclusive to the physical release, as well as a reversible coversheet with never-before-seen art.
