Along with the Monster Hunter collaboration DLC that was released, SEGA confirmed via a press release and Sonic Official JP, that more Sonic Frontiers DLC would be releasing in the future.
The press release, which was translated from German, reads:
SEGA also announced that Sonic Frontiers will receive several free content expansions through next year, starting with the “Monster Hunter” collaboration pack.

The press release also came with four new videos showcasing the Monster Hunter DLC costumes.
Whether this future DLC will just be more cosmetics or actual new content is yet unknown, but we’ll let you know either way!
