Nine titles are set to leave the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog soon, including entries from the GTA, Battlefield, and Sonic series. Sony shared the update ahead of the monthly refresh, confirming that several notable games will no longer be available to subscribers.
Battlefield 2042 will be removed from both PS4 and PS5, likely due to the arrival of Battlefield 6 as EA shifts attention to its newest release. Grand Theft Auto 3 – The Definitive Edition will also exit the service, although Grand Theft Auto 5 remains available. GTA 3’s remastered version is part of Rockstar’s GTA Plus lineup through Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition.
Sonic fans will also notice Sonic Frontiers on the departure list, which means this is the last chance to experience Sonic’s open zone adventure through the PS Plus catalog.

The full list of titles leaving PlayStation Plus includes:
- Battlefield 2042 PS4 and PS5
- Grand Theft Auto 3 The Definitive Edition PS5
- Arcade Paradise VR PS5
- Sonic Frontiers PS4 and PS5
- Forspoken PS5
- Star Wars Tales from Galaxy’s Edge Enhanced Edition PS5
- Firefighting Simulator The Squad PS4 and PS5
- Surviving Mars PS4
- Star Trek Bridge Crew PS4
Sony also highlighted November’s monthly games, which include Stray, EA Sports WRC 24, and Totally Accurate Battle Simulator. Stray remains one of the most celebrated indie titles in recent years, earning multiple awards since its 2022 launch.
Looking ahead, Sony confirmed that beginning in January 2026, PS4 titles will no longer be a central part of the PlayStation Plus monthly lineup as the company transitions toward a stronger focus on PS5 content.
