PC and components maker ASRock has a Sonic themed Intel Z790 motherboard on the way. The design is based on the Z790 Phantom Gaming Riptide motherboard. It is currently not yet listed on the ASRock website which means it could be a limited edition item.
The PG Sonic is a standard ATX motherboard with four DDR5 memory slots and two PCIe x16 slots. It supports PCIe Gen5 x16 GPUs and OC RAM up to 6800 MT/s. It can also function with x8 graphics and x4 storage
This motherboard supports both the 12th generation Core Alder Lake and the 13th generation Core Raptor Lake CPUs for the LGA1700 socket. It has both HDMI and DisplayPort connectors, so CPUs with integrated graphics will work fine.
