SEGA has officially announced the release of the Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds Original Soundtrack – Echoes of Dimensions, set to launch on November 26, 2025. This massive 4-disc collection features over 200 tracks from the hit racing title, including the game’s main theme, “Sonic Racing – Cross the Worlds –”, along with background music, jingles, and event themes that capture the game’s vibrant, multi-dimensional world.
The soundtrack is presented in a clear-sleeve DVD-sized case with a high-speed design evoking Sonic and his friends racing through the CrossWorlds. It also includes a 56-page deluxe booklet featuring comments from the game’s producers and directors, detailed course introductions, and behind-the-scenes notes about the music’s creation.
In addition to SEGA’s in-house Sound Team, the album features contributions from several guest remix artists, making this one of the most extensive Sonic soundtrack releases to date.

Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds continues to stand as one of SEGA’s most celebrated modern Sonic releases, maintaining an “Overwhelmingly Positive” rating on Steam and a user score above 9.0 on Metacritic as of October 14, 2025.
A free demo of the game is also available on PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X|S, Steam, and Epic Games Store, with save data transferable to the full version.
Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds is out now for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC, with a Nintendo Switch 2 version scheduled for release later this year.
