Brazil Game Show has announced that Jun Senoue will be at this year’s edition of the event, from October 12th to 15th.
Jun Senoue is known for being one of the composers for Sonic the Hedgehog, contributing to the franchise’s soundtracks since Sonic the Hedgehog 3. Since then, he has been one of the most prominent names in the franchise’s music and is the lead composer for Sonic Superstars, set to be released on October 17th.
In addition to Sonic, Jun Senoue has worked in the music department for franchises such as Super Smash Bros., Super Monkey Ball, Dengeki Bunko: Fighting Climax, among others. He also writes music for the band Crush 40, which has been featured in various Sonic the Hedgehog games.
At Brazil Game Show, Senoue will take part in the opening ceremony, as well as panel discussions with the audience, Meet & Greet sessions, and will also participate in the Video Game Orchestra, which returns to Brazil alongside Shota Nakama. The orchestra will perform alongside the Sonic Symphony, another musical presentation confirmed for the event.
Brazil Game Show 2023 will take place from October 11th to 15th at the Expo Center Norte, located in Vila Guilherme, in the northern part of São Paulo.
