“Pet-astrophe”: If Sonic thinks he has a hard time with Eggman, wait until he sees the trouble Chris’ rival Milan Ramada dishes out! This spoiled daughter of a rich businessman could give Veronica Lodge a run for her money (literally)! Determined to win the title of “richest kid in town,” Milan travels in style in a souped-up limo made of special components her father’s company dreamt up. Eggman promptly steals those components to build a new robot, but still needs a chaos emerald to complete the task. Lucky for him, first prize in the pet show is chaos emerald-encrusted collar! Can Bokkun dressed as a cat really win the judges’ hearts in any category other than “worst in show?!“

Synopsis
Chris Thorndyke and his friends find themselves facing trouble from Milan Ramada and her group who claim a table at an ice cream store. Threatened by Milan’s influential father, they leave the table. Suddenly, Dr. Eggman arrives and launches missiles, distracting Sonic. Eggman escapes in the Ramada Limousine with Bocoe and Decoe.
Later, at the Station Square Mall, Chris and his friends encounter Milan’s group again. Milan reveals her plan to win a pet show with her new dog for a Chaos Emerald-studded collar prize. Meanwhile, Eggman plans to steal a Chaos Emerald to power his Destructo-Tron 3000. Bokkun shows him a pet show flyer, and Eggman enters by disguising Bokkun as a cat. Sonic decides to enter as well to challenge Milan.
The pet show day arrives. Sonic interacts with Earth animals humorously. Eggman, Milan, and Sonic almost argue, but Tails intervenes. The competition starts with focus on Milan’s dog Bokkun, Sonic, and Precious. Precious, Bokkun, and Sonic demonstrate their abilities in the Obedience and Talent rounds. Chaos ensues when Eggman’s antics lead to pet chaos. Sonic and Chris help regain control.
Sonic rounds up the loose pets with Chris’s help, while Cream and Cheese save others. Sonic thinks he’s won but is disqualified due to the chaos. The judges crown Cream and Cheese the winners and award them the Chaos Emerald collar. Cream donates the collar to an animal protection society, realizing that restraints keep pets safe.

Trivia
- Allusions to Madison Square Garden and Wendy’s are apparent, as evidenced by “Mindy’s” and “Station Square Garden.”
- During an exchange between Eggman and Bokkun about their plans for the next night, Bokkun asks about their agenda, prompting Eggman to reply with a reference to the iconic catchphrase from Pinky and the Brain.
- At the pet show, Eggman refers to Bokkun as a “Mobian Molecat,” potentially nodding to the species or planet in the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series.
- A typo is present when Cheese is declared the winner of the pet show, and Cream tries to clarify that Cheese isn’t participating, saying “But Cream is not…”
