TailsTube[1] (テイルスチューブ Teirusuchūbu?) is an online web series for the Sonic the Hedgehog series starring Miles "Tails" Prower, who acts as a VTuber and host for the show. The show is described as a "fun and informative, Tails-hosted show about all things Sonic".[1] The series' episodes are published to promote upcoming Sonic media and to celebrate holiday traditions and activities.
Production
TailsTube was first announced on 17 March 2022 on the official Sonic Twitter account, with a promise of the show debuting the following week.[1] The second and third episodes were published roughly three months after the proceeding episodes. Ian Flynn later confirmed that a fourth episode was in development for a release in 2023, with the possibility of more being released later in the year.[2]
A second season of the series was later announced at the 2023 Sonic Central presentation.
Premise
In TailsTube, Miles "Tails" Prower serves as the show's host, who will answer questions from fans about the Sonic franchise alongside special guests from the Sonic series. It is published in an episodic format on the Sonic the Hedgehog YouTube channel with no release schedule.

Trivia
- The series' name is a combination of both "Tails" and "YouTube".
- Aaron LaPlante doesn't reprise his role as Omega for unknown reasons, being replaced by Roger Craig Smith who already voices Sonic.
- For reasons currently unknown, the episodes of Season 2 have not received a Japanese dub.
