The Sonic the Hedgehog social media accounts have recently shared two videos which showcase animated motion comics of the manual illustrations from Sonic Labyrinth and Sonic Blast. The purpose of these videos is to promote the upcoming Sonic Origins Plus expansion for last year’s Sonic Origins collection. Take a look at the animated manuals below:
Sonic Origins Plus is scheduled for release on June 23rd, 2023. This expansion DLC will be available in both physical and digital formats, the latter of which can be bought separately from the base game. It will include all the previously included games and DLC, along with some exciting additions. Players can look forward to experiencing new gameplay with playable characters such as Amy in Sonic 1, CD, 2 and 3K, as well as Knuckles in Sonic CD. Additionally, the expansion will feature 12 extra Sonic Game Gear games.
